Last week we went to a concert at Webster Hall. It was a tribute concert for Kaylee’s great-grandparents, Woody & Marjorie Guthrie. It was a fundraiser for Huntington’s Disease and a tribute to Marjorie for all of her dedication to finding a cure.
Tim Robbins was the emcee of the evening. Some of the artists included Steve Earle, Billy Bragg, and surprise guest Tom Morello (from Rage Against the Machine). Click here to see a video of the This Land Is Your Land finale. Please note there is some adult language in the video.
Kaylee and her cousin, Sophie, born only 5 days apart from each other, both partied like rock stars until 2:00 in the morning. They just didn’t sleep in the next morning like rock stars.
