This was my mom’s first Grammy win – of her own. What made this win so special to me was the fact that The Live Wire was a rare recording of a concert of both of my grandparents, Woody & Marjorie. And to top it all of, at the time of the concert my grandmother was 9 months pregnant with my mother. Congratulations mom! You truly deserve this award and recognition.

I was just looking at the 6 month slideshows and thought what an amazing picture this was! and now to know Grammy’s Grammy story!!! Way to go!!! tell that crazy momma of yours we’ll have to have a delayed Grammy party and I’ll wear the sliver dress for her!
